I needed a special order for an upcoming event and after trying to contact 3 other shops, whom never answered their phone or returned my calls. This shop answered on the second ring, I was calling from the east coast for An event I was attending in Washington. They sent me the link I needed to place my order, assisted me to what to add in the comments with my order and allowed me to send them photos of what I was looking for. They followed up with their interpretation and quickly made adjustments! I am beyond happy and cannot wait to share the bouquet with the recipient. Thank you!!!!
